ICS (International Card Services)

Our firm advised ABN AMRO and its subsidiary International Card Services (ICS) on the lease of 19,385 sq. m. of office space in the ‘Square 58’ building, located at Wisselwerking 58 in Diemen. Former tenant T-Mobile Nederland B.V. was located in Square 58. As part of the overall transaction, T-Mobile leased the current office space from ICS on a long-term basis, which office space is located directly opposite the building at Wisselwerking 32-36 and Wisselwerking 22.
