Miele X leases approximately 2,250 sq. m. LFA of office space on the third floor in office building the Valley.

Miele X is a recently launched global Digital Hub and innovative platform where cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Analytics and Technology work together.

Valley is a mixed-use building with 75,000 sq. m. of office space, residential space, retail and cultural facilities in the heart of Amsterdam’s Zuidas district. The complex is owned by Dutch RJB Group of Companies.

Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten initiated the transaction and advised the lessor.
