Credit Suisse sells Building 026 in Arnhem

A private investor has purchased Building 026 in Arnhem from a fund managed by Credit Suisse.

The former library, next to the town hall, at Koningstraat has in recent years been completely redeveloped into a mixed-use property. The building consists of approximately 8,000 sqm of offices, 2,000 sqm of retail and a long-term leased parking garage that offers space to over 400 parking spaces.
