The recently completed multi-tenant building NEXT Delft has a gross floor area of approximately 10,000 sq. m. t offers office and manufacturing space which fits the needs of innovative scale-ups and companies looking to establish themselves at TU Delft Campus. In addition, the building will form a unique hub within the ecosystem of TU Delft Campus. With various ‘meet & greet’ facilities such as a meeting centre, co-working and community space as well as catering facilities, the building offers every opportunity for meeting, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
NEXT Delft has various solutions to limit the use of fossil energy, such as solar panels, a thermal energy storage(TES), using the atrium as a light source and controlling light and temperature by means of presence detection. The building will also be awarded a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
Brunel’s return to Delft has come full circle. Jan Brand, Brunel’s founder, started in 1975 from a small office in Delft and Brunel has since grown into a global service provider. Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten has looked after Brunel’s interests regarding its housing since 2008.
