On behalf of UBS, Van Gool Elburg has completed several (off market) investment transactions, including Moermansk 400 and 500, De Weteringschans 165 and the ‘De Zonnewijser’ building located at Herengracht 182. Currently, our firm is advising UBS on the redevelopment of the ‘Aurora’ building of approximately 10,000 sq. m. located in the centre of Amsterdam.
