Senior consultant residential – capital markets

As a (senior) consultant residential capital markets, you will be the key-person in the team involved in advising (institutional) real estate investors and developers on the acquisition and sale of residential buildings. Van Gool Elburg has already experience with the acquisition and sale of residential objects and is looking for someone who can further expand this business line. The Dutch market is served from the Amsterdam office. In addition to the close cooperation with the Dutch team you will be in close contact with the residential capital markets team in Milan in order to provide optimal service to our (international) clients.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Proactively looking for interesting investment propositions for clients
  • Managing sales processes
  • Conducting market analyses
  • Conducting commercial negotiations
  • Conducting due diligence processes
  • Providing financial underwritings

What we are looking for:

  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit where own initiatives and ideas are welcomed
  • A strong commercial drive
  • Good presentation skills
  • Sound language skills in both Dutch and English
